By day three my sneezing eased and I stopped waking up congested. I did get a bitter taste at first, but aiming the nozzle outward fixed most of it.

It took two days before I noticed anything, so I almost gave up. Once it worked, it was a normal bowel movement without the sudden run-to-the-toilet feeling.
