Zayed House for Islamic Culture (ZHIC) carried out 17 thousand transactions during 2019; as revealed through ZHIC electronic services systems; notably its website and customer service offices existing in Al Ain head office and respective branches in Abu Dhabi and Ajman.  The total number of the transactions handled in person last year reached 8056, of which 2493 in Al Ain customer service office, 3387 in Abu Dhabi, and 2176 in Ajman. While the dealings done via e-service hit 8944 on ZHIC website. 2019 customers’ happiness index showed 99% of satisfaction for the services provided through e-channels and person-to-person transactions done at customer service offices in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi and Ajman. In this regard, Dr. Nedal al Tinaiji- ZHIC General Director related that the application of customers’ happiness in ZHIC electronic service provision came in response to the state endeavors to develop future government model by improving smart transformation in government services for broader customer facilities.
