As established in all Abrahamic faiths and positive laws, justice is a universal aim part of macro values essential for normal life. Therefore, Islam emphasizes justice as a humanitarian value that guarantees rights, reassurance and security .  Unlike unfairness, justice is the quality of being fair and just regarding each party based on rights, goodness and reason. Most significantly, of the demonstrations of justice in Islam, is not only the plethora of Qur’anic verses calling for the realization of justice among people in all lifestyles to guarantee rights, but also the command to apply it in theory and practice in all their dealings. God says, ‘Allah commands justice, the doing of good …’ and God says, ‘if you judge between people, do so with justice ’. In the Qur’an, justice is provided for in numerous synonyms emphasizing the same objective. God says, ‘We sent aforetime Our Messengers with Clear Signs and sent down with them the Book and the Balance (of Right and Wrong), that men may stand forth in justice’;’ and God says, ‘So establish weight with justice and fall not short in the balance’. Both verses establish human relationship based on justice conducive to coexistence and international fraternity .  The justice meant should cover all ways of life, particularly spousal affairs, telling the truth, and being fair; including what to say. God says ‘…whenever you speak, speak justly…’ besides, being fair to children as per the hadith ‘Act justly between your children ’. In numerous Hadiths, the Prophet (PBUH) urged for full justice regarding duties and rights of financial or physical types . Besides, justice is fair treatment befitting the dignity of man as per the sublime Islamic ethics that guarantee rights, interest and security in human society of all textures .
