Who, firmly believes in the effective role of women in society, to warrant providing them with dignified life to enable them to bring up sensible enough children to qualify for development.
Thus, the UAE women have availed with the opportunity to work in various fields competitive with men, such as teaching, management, medicine, engineering, research, advocacy, and judiciary. Moreover, UAE women have assumed ministerial positions enabling them to contribute to general policy making of all levels. Particularly, as there are eight female ministers in the newly formed cabinet including the youngest minister in the world appointed out of belief in the role of youth to create better future.
